  • These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of products and services from Australia.
  • All prices are exclusive of GST and subject to confirmation at time of order.
  • Bookings for in-house courses will not be considered confirmed until a Purchase Order has been received.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment for courses must be received no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • Substitute delegates on non-qualification courses can be made at any time without financial penalty.
  • Substitute delegates on qualification courses can be made prior to the commencement of the course start date with the agreement of Blue Maple Project Management. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
  • Cancellation Terms
    The following cancellation charges apply to all bookings:

    1. 15 calendar days or more prior to the course start date – 25% of the full fee
    2. 8-14 calendar days prior to the course start date – 50% of the full fee
    3. 7 calendar days or less prior to the course start date – 100% of the full fee
    4. No shows will result in the forfeit of course fees
    5. All notification of cancellations must be made in writing by email
    6. We regret that no refunds are allowed on distance learning courses.
  • Distance Learning students must complete their course within 6 months of registration. An extension of this time can be made available, but is subject to fees.
  • Due to a policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to change the content of courses and topics without notice.
  • Delivery costs for course materials are charged to Australian addressees. Additional costs will apply where materials are sent outside Australia.
  • These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a client of RMG Solutions Pty Ltd (Blue Maple Project Management).
